1⁄2 l Bring salted water to the boil. Cook the pasta in it for about 2 minutes. Wash the thyme, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Mix with breadcrumbs and 1⁄4 cheese.
Preheat the oven grill. Drain the pasta. Heat sour cream and buttermilk in a pasta pot at medium heat (do not boil!). Melt the rest of the cheese in the pasta pot. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mix with the noodles and fill into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle crumb mixture over it. Bake under the grill for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Served with salad.
