Ingredients

  • 4-6 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Tl. mustard
  • 1/4 l Olive oil
  • 1/2 Essl. vinegar or lemon
  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper

Directions

    In a bowl I put the mustard, the egg yolk, vinegar or lemon and salt and pepper, then I mix all the ingredients together.

    Now I add the garlic and mix it well.

    Now I gradually add the olive oil until all ingredients are smoothly mixed together. DONE!
