Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Heat olive oil in a small pot and sauté onion cubes for 1-2 minutes. Add 6 tablespoons of water and cream, bring to the boil and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
First stir in the puree flakes, then add cucumber cubes and pollack and let it simmer at low to medium heat for 2-4 minutes. Drain the pasta. Stir the dill into the sauce and serve with the noodles.
Garnish with dill.
