Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Shortcrust pastry
  • 250 g Flour
  • 125 g soft butter, but not melted
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp a glass of water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fruit
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 10 cl Milk or cream

Directions

    Knead the dough with your hands, form a ball and let it rest in a cool place covered with a cloth for one night. Line the tart base mould with short pastry. Prick several times with a fork. Cover with quartered, peeled and (for better baking) cut apples.

    Pour the cream over the top after 10 minutes baking time and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes in a very hot oven. Mix cinnamon with sugar and sprinkle over the tart after baking.
