Mix flour, salt, sugar and dried yeast in a bowl. Add water. Mix carefully with a spoon from the edge towards the middle until the dough is slightly sticky. Then knead everything by hand for at least 5 minutes, because the dough is covered with a cloth and left to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Tip for those in a hurry: 10min in the oven at 50° covered with a damp cloth and leave the oven door half open.
Stir the sauce. Knead the dough again and divide it into 4 equal pieces. Roll out the pieces into small rounds of pizza. Spread with the tomato sauce.
Now assign as desired, e.g. with: Tomatoes Peppers Paprika Zucchini Mushrooms Salamie Ham Pineapple Cheese The sky is the limit. Bake the finished pizzas at 200° convection oven for 10-15 minutes.
