Ingredients

Servings: 250
  • 200 g soft butter
  • 6 Stem(s) Marjoram
  • 1/2 red sour apple
  • 35 g Roasted onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Whisk the butter with the whisk of the hand mixer until light and creamy. Wash the marjoram. Chop leaves finely, except for 1 stalk. Cut apple into small cubes. Fold the fried onions, apple cubes and chopped marjoram into the butter and season with salt and pepper.

    Pour butter into glasses, chill and garnish with marjoram before serving.
