Ingredients

  • 180 g Flour
  • 100 ml. Sahne.
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Teel. Baking soda
  • 1 Kilos. Apples
  • 75 g Butter
  • 25 g Sugar
  • 50 g flaked almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of a ztrone

Directions

    Cream, sugar, egg, lemon peel, stir until frothy...add flour and baking powder, put dough into a 26 cm form, peel apples, cut them into slices, sprinkle lemon on the dough and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

    Melt butter in the pan, add almonds, sugar, me and lemon juice, boil down a little, place on the pre-baked cake and bake for another 25 minutes.
