For the marinade, squeeze limes and measure out approx. 8 tbsp. juice. Peel garlic and ginger and chop finely. Mix lime juice, soy sauce, honey, chilli sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ginger well.
Wash the chicken parts, dab dry, marinate in the marinade and cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
Remove the chicken parts from the marinade and allow to drip off a little. Grill the chicken wings on the hot grill for 12-15 minutes, turning the legs for 18-20 minutes.
