For the marinade, peel the garlic and crush it with a fork. Peel ginger and grate finely. Clean the jalapeño pods, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and finely dice. Peel and finely dice the onion.
Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Peel kiwi and crush finely with a fork. Mix all prepared ingredients with sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Dab the meat dry and brush with the marinade. Then chill for 1-2 hours.
