Ingredients

  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 1 piece(s) (approx. 20 g) Ginger
  • 2 Jalapeño pods (alternatively 2 chillies)
  • 1 onion, 2 spring onions
  • 1 ripe kiwi
  • 2 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame Oil
  • 8 Organic pork neck steaks (à approx. 175 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    For the marinade, peel the garlic and crush it with a fork. Peel ginger and grate finely. Clean the jalapeño pods, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and finely dice. Peel and finely dice the onion.

    Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Peel kiwi and crush finely with a fork. Mix all prepared ingredients with sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil.

    Dab the meat dry and brush with the marinade. Then chill for 1-2 hours.

    Remove the meat from the marinade, season with salt and grill on the hot grill for 6-8 minutes on each side. The Szechuan noodle salad goes well with it.
