Cut meat and paprika into strips, spring onions into rings. Drain the vegetable mixture.
Heat the oil and briefly sauté the pepper strips in it. Add spring onions and also sauté briefly. Remove and put aside. Put the meat into the hot frying fat and fry on all sides.
Add the vegetable mixture. Let simmer at low heat for about 10 minutes.
For the dressing, grate the garlic with a little salt, place in a bowl and cover with vinegar. Mix with lemon juice, curry paste and some soy sauce. Stir in the oil.
Mix meat, vegetables, paprika and spring onions with the marinade, season with salt and pepper if necessary.
