Clean the salad. Separate the lettuce hearts so that the remaining leaves on the stalk are still holding together. Wash the lettuce and drain. Cut the hearts into strips.
For the sauce, wash the chilli and finely chop with the seeds. Mix lemon juice, zest, chilli, salt and honey. Fold in the oil.
Wash and chop the parsley. Halve the avocado. Remove the core, remove the flesh and dice. Mix both with lettuce strips, shrimps and sauce and fill into the lettuce heads. Nut bread tastes good with it.
