The perfect cocktail for those who love Baileys and coffee. With it comes's one or the other surprise ingredient.

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 6 Stem/s Mint
  • 8 TSP Sugar
  • 200 ml Baileys (Irish whiskey cream liqueur)
  • 100 ml cold espresso
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice

Directions

    Wash the mint, shake dry and put 4 stems aside. Pluck off the remaining leaves. Put the leaves and 2 teaspoons of sugar into four tall glasses. Grate with a wooden pestle.

    Add 50 ml Baileys each and stir. Top up with crushed ice, pour on the espresso and stir again. Serve with 1 stem of mint.
