Wash the potatoes, cut in half and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 35-40 minutes. After about 20 minutes, cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
Wash the turkey breast, dab dry and cut into cubes. Onion into thin strips. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion and pepper strips and diced turkey for 1-2 minutes. Add sauerkraut and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Wash the thyme, dab dry and add the leaves to the sauerkraut. Season the sauerkraut with salt and pepper.
