Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut in half lengthwise and season with salt and pepper. Place them side by side on a greased baking tray with the cut surface facing upwards and sprinkle with cheese.
Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes. Mix curd and milk. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash and clean spring onions and cut into thin slices.
Stir the onions into the quark, except for something to sprinkle on top. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat the oil and fry the meat for about 5 minutes while turning it. Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange potatoes, curd and meat on plates. Sprinkle with remaining spring onions.
