  • 1 TEASPOON Coconut flake
  • 1 Baby banana
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 200 ml low-fat milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Coconut syrup and flakes

Directions

    Lightly roast the grated coconut in a pan without fat, remove. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces. Puree banana, grated coconut, lemon juice and milk. Dip the rim of the glass first in coconut syrup, then in grated coconut.

    Pour in the shake and drink immediately.
