Ingredients

  • 150 g candied ginger
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Plum jam
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 TEASPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Smoke salt

    Chop the ginger finely. Mix plum puree, ketchup, soy sauce and vinegar together. Fold in ginger. Season with smoked salt. Arrange in bowls.
