Bear's garlic paste - from the Thermomix

  • 100 g Wild garlic
  • 80 g Oil
  • 10 g Salt

    100 g wild garlic 10 sec / pc. 6

    Add 10 g salt and 80 g neutral oil 10 sec / pc 6

    If you want it finer pureed, use a spatula to push the paste down from the edge and then mix with a higher step. Possibly push it down again in between. Tip: If you directly use double the amount, the last pureeing step is easier, because there is more amount in the Thermomix. However, the first step must then be done with the spatula. (Put the spatula through the opening in the lid and press down the bear's garlic so that the knife catches everything and makes it small) Pour into glasses and add a little bit of oil on top. Store in the refrigerator. Keeps for a few months if you go in with a clean spoon and there is always oil on top. Possibly pour a little bit more. I used a total of 400 grams of wild garlic, which resulted in 2.5 glasses. www.vegan-thermomix.de
