Wash the potatoes and cook for 20-25 minutes. Drain potatoes, rinse, peel and keep warm. Peel and chop onion. Dice bacon. Heat the fat in a pot and fry the onion and bacon.
Add flour and sauté. Then stir in broth and milk, bring to the boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Add potatoes to the sauce and serve
