Ingredients

  • 1 glass (340 g) consommé
  • 7-10 Tbsp with beef
  • 40 g vermicelli
  • 2 stem(s) Dill and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley
  • 1/4 Pot of chives

Directions

    Fill up the stock with 600 ml water, bring to the boil briefly. Cook the noodles for about 4 minutes at medium heat. Meanwhile wash the herbs, dab dry and chop finely. Add to the broth.

    Pour into pre-heated soup cups and serve.
