Mix mineral water, eggs and salt. Mix the flour and baking powder, gradually, alternating with the milk. Heat some oil in a pan. Add the pancake batter in portions. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of berries.
Bake for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Keep warm. Makes 8 pieces. Serve generously dusted with icing sugar. Tastes good with maple syrup
