Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut in half. Peel carrots and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel onions and cut into slices. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash thyme, shake dry and remove the leaves. Stir vinegar and honey until smooth. Mix with the prepared ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
Put everything into a greased large casserole dish (approx. 20 x 25 cm) and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 40 minutes.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the sausages in it all around. After about 15 minutes baking time add to the vegetables and bake until done.
