Clean, wash and halve the Brussels sprouts and cook in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes. Drain the sprouts and let them drain
Chop the walnuts smaller as desired. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the bacon in it for 3-4 minutes while turning it over. Add sprouts and walnuts and fry for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and a little sugar and serve
