Cauliflower cream with smoked mackerel

Ingredients

  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 1 Head Cauliflower
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON hulled sesame seed
  • 1 TABLESPOON black sesame seed
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 300 g smoked mackerel fillets

Directions

    Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Clean the cauliflower and cut into small florets. Cook the cauliflower florets and potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes until soft

    Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove. Drain potatoes and cauliflower. Add cream and mash. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg

    Remove the mackerel fillets from the skin and pluck into pieces. Arrange the cauliflower puree and mackerel in bowls and sprinkle with sesame
