Cut 100 g chocolate into approx. 30 pieces and set aside. Break 100 g chocolate into pieces and melt in a hot water bath.
Cream butter, sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 40 g chai latte powder with the whisks of the mixer. Stir in egg and melted chocolate. Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa and stir in.
Preheat oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Line two baking trays with baking paper. Shape the cookie dough into approx. 30 balls, filling each ball with 1 piece of chocolate.
Place the dough balls on the trays with some distance between them and bake in a hot oven for 10-12 minutes one after the other until the edges are slightly crispy and the middle is still a little soft.
Allow cookies to cool briefly on the tray, then pull them off the tray together with the paper and let them cool down. Mix icing sugar with 10 g Chai Latte powder and dust the cookies with it.
