Cut cheese and meat loaf into thin sticks. Clean and wash the radishes and peppers and cut them into pencils. Mix yoghurt and mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Peel onions and cut into thin rings.
Mix all ingredients with the yoghurt dressing and let it soak for about 30 minutes. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Season salad again. Serve sprinkled with chives. Served with brown bread
