Wash the meat and cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Peel the grapefruit so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins.
Peel the avocado and cut into thin slices. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon lime juice. Clean and wash the radishes and cut them into thin slices. Remove the meat, let it cool down a little and cut it into slices.
Season 3 tablespoons lime juice with salt and chili flakes, fold in oil. Arrange meat, grapefruit fillets, radish slices and avocado on a plate. Sprinkle with citrus salsa. Garnish with basil.
