Chicken filet with zucchini

Ingredients

  • 150 g Chicken filet
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, coarse pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1-2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 3 discs (50 g) Baguette

Directions

    Wash the chicken filet and pat dry. Fry in a coated pan in hot oil for 5-6 minutes on each side

    Peel and slice the onion. Clean, wash and slice the zucchini

  3. 3

    Season the fillet with salt, pepper and sweet paprika, remove and keep warm. Fry onion and zucchini in hot frying fat while turning for about 8 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Wash the tomato and dice finely. Wash and pluck the parsley. Cut the fillet into slices and arrange with the vegetables. Garnish with tomato cubes and parsley. Baguet

    You can vary the side dish for the chicken filet with zucchini according to taste. Rice (40 g) or potatoes (200 g) are also suitable. And if you put the rice or the potatoes on first, they are ready just as quickly
