Ingredients

Servings: 15
  • 1 Vegetable Onion
  • 1 Garlic powder
  • 1 Green peppers
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 Chili spice or Cayenne pepper
  • 1 kg Tinned tomatoes
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 TEASPOON Oregano
  • 1 Kidney beans
  • 1 white beans

Directions

    finely chop onions and garlic clove clean paprika wash and cut into cubes heat oil in large pot heat up onion and garlic fry until translucent add minced meat and paprika and fry for 5 minutes

    Add tomatoes, bay leaf, oregano and chilli powder and simmer for 15 minutes Drain the beans, add to the pot and continue cooking for 10 minutes

    Stew with salt and pepper possibly season to taste with cayenne pepper and Tabasco sauce
