Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Mix well with oil, salt, pepper and spice mixture. Distribute on a baking tray. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 45-55 minutes until crispy, turning once
Finely grate the cheese. Sprinkle over the potatoes about 5 minutes before the end of the baking time. Arrange in bags if necessary. Sour Cream tastes good with it
