Ingredients

  • 70 ml Milk
  • 180 g Fine dark chocolate
  • 350 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Heat the milk in a pot. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt over a warm water bath. Carefully add the milk while stirring. Let it cool down.

    Whip cream until stiff and fold into the liquid chocolate. Cover the mousse and chill for about 2 hours. Use a tablespoon to cut off dumplings, dipping the spoon repeatedly in cold water. Arrange the gnocchi in glasses
