Finely grate the chocolate. Cream fat, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Separate eggs and stir in egg yolks
Mix chocolate, nuts and baking powder and stir into the mixture (very firm). Beat the egg whites with the whisks of the hand mixer until stiff. Add half and stir in. Fold in the remaining beaten egg white in portions
Put the dough into a greased springform pan (20 cm Ø) sprinkled with flour and smooth it down. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, place on a cake rack, remove from the edge of the springform pan and let it cool in the pan. Remove from the tin. Dust with icing sugar. Delicious with vanilla ice cream
