Chocolate pudding with Baileys cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 3 go. tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 package Chocolate Flavoured Pudding Powder
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 3-4 Tbsp Baileys liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Stir 6 tablespoons of milk, sugar and pudding powder until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk. Remove the pot from the stove. Stir in pudding powder. Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer for about 1 minute.

    Coarsely chop 50 g chocolate and melt in the pudding. Place foil directly on the pudding. Put the chocolate pudding in a cool place for about 1 hour. Stir the pudding until smooth. Finely chop 50 g chocolate and fold it into the pudding, using only 2 tablespoons. Divide the pudding into 4 glasses. Whip cream until stiff. Stir in Baileys. Pour cream on the pudding.
