Finely chop the chocolate. Mix the pudding powder with 4 tbsp. milk until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk and 2 tbsp. sugar. Bind with the pudding powder. Stir in chocolate
Rinse 4 pudding moulds (approx. 160 ml content) cold. Pour in the pudding and let it cool down. Chill for approx. 4 hours
Wash the raisins. Peel, quarter, core and cut pears into small pieces. Mix with lemon juice
Caramelise 2 tablespoons of sugar in a pot until golden. Add pear pieces, raisins and 1-2 tbsp. water if necessary. Simmer everything for 5-6 minutes. Let it cool down
Whip the cream until semi-stiff. Carefully turn the pudding over onto 4 plates. Serve with pears and cream
