Mix flour and baking powder. Mix with egg, salt and buttermilk. Fillet the fruits, catching the juice. Boil up citrus juice and cinnamon in a small pot. Stir starch and 2 tablespoons of water until smooth, bind juice.
Sweeten with sweetener, fold in fruit fillets. Bake 1-2 pancakes in hot oil in a coated pan. Arrange everything and dust.
