  • 2 Coconut rusks (à 15 g)
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) Cream cheese (0,2% fat)
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Coconut chips
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Spread 2 rusks with cream cheese. Peel the kiwi and cut into thin slices. Put 2 slices on each rusk. Sprinkle with coconut chips and garnish with balm. Add the remaining kiwi slices.
