Cucumbers wash, clean and roughly chop. Peel and chop onion and garlic
Finely puree the cucumber, onion, garlic and yoghurt in a blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and chill for about 2 hours.
Wash the meat, dab dry and cut lengthwise into 8 strips. Season with salt and pepper and place on skewers. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat skewers in portions for about 6 minutes each while turning.
Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Arrange soup, radishes and skewers
