Wash the potatoes and boil in water for about 20 minutes. Then rinse and peel the skin off the potatoes. Let the potatoes cool down a little
Wash the celery and cut into thin slices. Blanch the celery in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes. Then quench briefly and drain. Wash the tomato and cut into slices. Cut sausages into thin slices
Mix yoghurt and salad cream in a bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry. Cut potatoes into cubes or slices
Mix the potatoes, tomato, celery and sausages with the salad dressing. Garnish with parsley and sprinkle with some curry
