Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 g Tomatoes (also different colours at will)
  • 1 (approx. 300 g) Vegetable Onion
  • 2 Basil pots
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 100 g black olives

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel and finely slice the onion. Wash the basil, pluck the leaves from the stems. For the marinade, peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press.

    Season vinegar with salt, pepper, sugar and garlic. Whip the oil into it. Mix tomatoes, onion, basil, olives and marinade and serve.
