Boil egg in boiling water for about 10 minutes until hard, quench cold and let it cool down. Clean, wash and drain the salad and cut into strips. Wash, clean and chop the tomatoes and cucumber. Wash, peel and cut the kohlrabi into fine sticks. Peel and chop onion.
Mix salad dressing powder, 2 tablespoons of water, lemon juice and oil. Peel and chop the egg and add to the salad dressing with the onions. Season with salt and pepper and fold in tomatoes, cucumber and kohlrabi. Arrange the romaine lettuce on 4 plates and add the vegetables with the salad dressing. Serve with fresh baguette
