Cook the rice in 100 ml boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Clean, wash and chop the peppers and spring onions. Wash turkey, dab dry and cut into cubes.
Fry in hot oil. Remove. Sauté vegetables in frying fat. Add meat and stock and steam for 5 minutes. Drain rice and add to the pan, mix in. Season to taste with paprika, salt and pepper.
Put sour cream as a blob on the rice pan. Serve garnished with oregano leaves.
