Remove the fat edge from the ham and roast cuts if necessary. Remove the rind from the cheese. Cut everything into strips.
Peel, wash and roughly grate the carrots. Clean, wash, spin dry and cut salads into strips. Mix all salad ingredients with the herb sauce. Baguette tastes good with it.
