Ingredients

  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 400 g Double cream cheese
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel and slice the garlic cloves. Heat the oil in a pan. Roast the garlic in it until golden brown and take it out. Mix double cream cheese with whipped cream, liquid honey and garlic and season the dip with salt and pepper.
