Peel, wash, halve and slice the kohlrabi. Clean, wash and halve the tomatoes. Defrost the peas. Clean, wash and cut lettuce into leaves. Remove the crusts from toast and dice.
Heat the fat in a pan and fry the cubes in it until golden brown. Arrange the salad on plates. Refine Salade Fraiche with chervil and pour over the salad.
