Line two baking trays with baking paper. Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Chop chocolate for the cookies. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and 1 pinch of salt with the whisks of the mixer.
First add 1 egg and then flour. Mix in the chocolate.
Using two tablespoons, place 7 large piles of dough on each tray at a large distance from each other and press them slightly flatter (6-7 cm Ø). Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Cut hot cookies in half immediately with a knife.
Let all cookies cool down.
For the gums, briefly mix icing sugar and 1 egg white with the whisk of the mixer to a smooth, thick icing. Colour the gums with red and some yellow food colouring.
Coat the top of one cookie half with icing. Apply a thick layer of the glaze right up to the edge. For the teeth, place the marshmallows close together on the glaze. Spread the other half of the cookie on the underside with the icing as well and place it on the marshmallows.
Press on lightly. Press 2 almond slivers as vampire fangs right and left of the two front teeth into the cast. Let the teeth dry for about 2 hours.
