Bring milk, 1 pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla sugar to the boil while stirring. Add the noodles and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Stir from time to time.
In the meantime wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Wash, stone and quarter the apricots. Peel and quarter the kiwi. Cut pineapple into 4 pieces. Put the fruit alternately on the skewers.
Break the chocolate into small pieces. Drain the pasta and collect the milk. Fill up to 1/2 l with milk if necessary. Remove 4 tbsp. milk and stir with pudding powder until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk.
Add chocolate and melt. Stir in pudding powder and simmer for about 1 minute.
Mix the pasta with the chocolate sauce. Arrange on plates with the fruit skewers.
