Pour milk and cream powder into a tall mixing bowl. Use the whisks of the hand mixer only at the lowest setting. Then whisk at the highest setting for about 1 minute until creamy. Fold in chocolate sprinkles, up to 1 tablespoon. Pour cream into 6 dessert glasses. Keep cool until serving
