Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 100 g Flour
  • 100 g Icing sugar
  • 100 ml. OTbsp
  • 1 Teel. Baking soda
  • 4 Eggs

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, place the dough on a baking tray covered with baking parchment, bake at 200°C for 12 minutes, turn over immediately onto a cloth sprinkled with sugar, fill with jam and roll up, sprinkle with icing sugar.
