Fast salmon pizza

  • 1 Bag (230 g) Pizza dough base mix
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 200 g Smoked salmon
  • 50 g grated medieval Gouda cheese
  • 25 g Rocket
  • 2 Grapefruits (rosso)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon Spiral

Directions

    Put the baking mix and 1/8 litre of lukewarm water into a mixing bowl. Knead with the dough hooks of the hand mixer until the dough comes off the bowl rim. Then knead the dough again briefly with your hands and roll out into a circle (approx. 28 cm Ø) on a floured work surface. Grease a pizza form and dust with flour. Place the dough inside. Pre-bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-12 minutes. Mix crème fraîche, some salt and pepper.

    Spread the pizza base with crème fraîche and cover with salmon. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, sort, clean and wash the rocket. Peel grapefruits so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut out the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins. Spread grapefruit fillets on the finished pizza and sprinkle with rocket. Serve garnished with a lemon peel spiral if desired
