Clean, peel and wash the kohlrabi. Cut into small lozenges. Wash, clean and chop the sugar snap peas. Peel and finely chop the shallot. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the shallot.
Add the kohlrabi and steam briefly. Add vegetable stock and simmer for about 8 minutes. Add sugar snap peas and cook for 2-3 minutes. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into rings.
Season soup with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add fried peas and chives to the soup and serve immediately.
