Ingredients

  • 50 g spaghetti, salt
  • 3 (150 g) Tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 100 g Pork escalope
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1 tabasco splash
  • 7-10 Tbsp Marjoram or thyme

Directions

    Cook the pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes until firm. Clean, wash and chop the tomatoes. Peel and chop the onion

    Cut the escalopes into strips and fry them in hot oil until brown. Steam tomatoes and onion for about 2 minutes. Season with salt, tabasco and herbs. Sideboards
